Welcome to my classroom for the 2015-2016 school year.  I am very excited about the new school year.   

 

First let me introduce myself.  My name is Terri Jenkins.  I have been teaching for 17 years.  I have taught in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, Science Lab, Art and Humanities, and 3rd grade.  This is my third  year teaching 4th grade Science.  I believe communication is the key to success in education.  We will be working together with your child’s education.  Anytime you need to contact me please feel free to do so.  Your child needs to purchase a 2” 3 ring binder with 1 folder that has holes punched out and can fit inside the binder. Please make sure your child returns these daily.  This is very important. 

 

Also, I encourage you to get set up on Infinite Campus.  Infinite Campus is a great way to keep in touch with your child’s growth.  You will be able to see grades on Infinite campus for your child as soon as they are posted.    (See Pam Smith in the office to get set up)

 

On this website I list homework, classroom notes, strategies, and events. This website also has the link to the Science textbooks.  This will be up and working the first week I give homework assignments.
